SMS Messaging & Consent

When you provide your mobile phone number to use our Services, you may choose to receive SMS text messages from Regen containing one-time verification codes (OTP) for account registration, login authentication, and phone number verification.

We collect your phone number and your consent to receive these messages when you submit your number in our app or on our website and proceed with account registration or login.

We use your phone number and SMS consent solely to send you the verification codes you request and other security-related messages. We do not use your SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your SMS opt-in data and consent are used only to provide you with authentication and account security services.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at hello@regeninvest.co.
